There is a bug in this software. I was able to put it on my 8GB drive and transfer back to the Kingston Flash Drive and it worked fine. You will find a link on the page listed below that says, Create media , click it and it will download and run the program. You may also find a hidden ESD folder on your System drive afterwards. You get an error saying, path not found. Then if you nose around in the Temp folder after that, you will find the windows esd decrypt file.
But this file has more than one index, so messing around with that to try to create a an ISO or USB bootable flash drive isn't all that fun. I also noticed that when it asks you to browse to a folder to save the ISO to that folder of your choice, there is no ISO ever created there, at least when I checked, there was nothing.
